Why can't we link the MOICA website in China for certification use?
Use of certification on internet in free countries is no problem. However, in China, using certificates issued by other countries on the internet is an unlawful act and is subject to arrest and sentencing. Its reason is: “China's internal monitoring website cannot decipher the encrypted electronic text and certificates nor control the certificate owners. To prevent rebellion and avoidance of security check and monitoring, owners of certificates issued by other countries must first get permission from the Chinese competent department, otherwise they will be considered behavior violating Chinese law.”
