The IC card is a high precision IC chip and has no magnetic stripe. There is no worry for de-magnetization. Nevertheless, you must avoid high temperature or damage from external force.

The certificate serial number is given by the system. The different serial number is for identification of subscriber identity. The IC card number is generated in the process of card making. The compilation and use of the two numbers are different. For the time being, we cannot have the same number for both.

The purpose of the certificate is for identity checking in e-service. Presently no picture is printed on the certificate.
