| Content | The 8th MOICA outstanding application evaluations were finalized. Three winners of the government operations and three winners of citizen services were chosen. To advocate the development of MOICA application systems, these six winners will be awarded on August 31, 2014 at the ceremony and will share their experiences in the latter seminar events. There will also be experts and scholars home and abroad being invited to the scene and deliver messages on PKI’s current situations and future prospects. |
