Content     Land Administration hasdebuted a convenience measure! As for the already widely accepted e-Land Transcript, it will expand the scope of services. You can get an e-Land Transcript now in convenience stores, rather than just from the previous web application at your home computers. Nearly 10,000 convenience stores may be applied for. It is so convenient that people do not need their own devices whatsoever. This has followed suit of July 1 when the real estate’s deal prices were open to be downloaded indefinitely. Yet another ‘new’ (hearty) service!

Ministry of the Interior(MOI) said that the hardware and software were built around the popularity of the service through convenience stores, along with the MOICAauthentication credentials. It will be an e-government service that draws people near to the government. People may simply walk into a nearby convenience store in the regular working hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, using theinstalled e-government service machine and select from the menu bar:Application – Payment – Print, and they may obtain the e-Land Transcript immediately. In addition, stores can be considered as a semi-open environment, the store clerks cannot do full service, part of the process shall be performed by the applicants. Furtherly, to avoid privacy leakage, only the type II transcripts that do not reveal the full name and ID number can be obtained.

MOI stressed that people using this convenient service can apply for the land data at the country's 22 municipalities and counties (cities), registered building transcripts, transcripts of cadastral maps and constructional measurement transcripts. Application charges including a transcript feeof NT$20 each,a gross service charge of the store at $10 for each transaction, and the printed paper at $2 each. For example, to apply twoe-Lands Transcripts, the calculation is as follows: ($20 X 2) +10 + ($2 X 2) = $54. Welcome people to utilize this service, for more details, please contact the Land Administration Customer Service at0800-080-212.
