If you are using Microsoft Operating System, you have to buy computer systems that are compatible with Intel Pentium II 200MHZ CPU or above and with at least 5MB hard disk storage space. You also need to connect to the internet. (To permit application services for the Citizen Digital Certificate, your computer must have the capability to link to the internet.)

Can we install our card reader with USB interface onto Windows NT 4.0?
A:Microsoft NT 4.0 does not support USB interface, you are recommended to buy card readers with RS232 interface.
