Steps：
|
File the application at the counter：
- The applicant goes to the application counter and expresses the intent to change the contents of Citizen Digital Certificate IC card; and then submits the ID card and Certificate IC card for examination.
- The undertaker delivers the application form for the content change of the Certificate IC card which shall be properly filled and returned by the applicant.
- After completing the operation, the applicant retrieves the ID card, Certificate IC card and receipt.

Note：

When the subscriber's name is changed, it is mandatory to use a new IC card (namely to buy a new IC card). The procedure resembles that of the application for Certificate IC card.
