外來人口自然人憑證IC卡是於網路上提供各應用服務單位驗證憑證用戶身份及加密相關資料使用。使用憑證相關作業前，如使用MAC作業系統：請安裝網頁元件MAC版元件，MAC安裝說明，以輔助憑證在憑證作業的使用。(安裝完成後，請將電腦所有網頁關閉，再重新開啟瀏覽器)。
