What	Change the MOICA content
When	A user wants to revise their email address.

Steps
Online Operation	User may click “Online Transaction” button and select “Change User Information”.
Special Notes	When a user changes ARC number, the MOICA management center will annul their original certificate on its own initiative. Upon completion of the ARC number change, a user can apply again for MOICA as for the first time. Users are required to re-purchase the IC card if they were to change ARC number, only to change the e-mail address does not need to buy a new card.
