| Content | The Citizen Digital Certificate is not an obligation. People can apply if they want. The Executive Yuan has agreed to a user paid system and approved the covering charge in 2005. Each IC card application will be charged NT$ 275. Establishing an E-government is one of the projects of the Executive Yuan. The purpose is to provide citizens with 24-hour online access to public affairs applications anywhere. We sincerely hope that our citizens can apply for the Citizen Digital Certificate enthusiastically, and enjoy the excellent online service provided by the government. |
