MOICA has opened up the “API Basic Application Test” in the Citizen Digital Certificate Management Center to provide citizens with an opportunity to test their digital certificate signatures and encryption/decryption functions. The existing API Basic Application Programs verifies that the Citizen Certificate IC Card works normally. People can make good use of it.
