Content         The number of MOICA certificates issued by the Ministry of the Interior has broken through 1.5 million on October 24th of 2008. Up to date, more than 1,548 service items of online government applications have been created to serve the public. Totally, more than 20 million usage entries have been triggered by MOICA smart card holders in the past. Evidentially, the Internet transaction security has merged as the public highlight while citizen services through Internet promoted by the government reach a significant bench mark.
