Following the trial run of downloading the Land Registration Electronic Transcript in the convenience stores in July, 2012, these three services will also undergo a trial run for three months. Apart from 24-7 services of a convenient store, the National Health Insurance Payment Proof can only be processed from 8 to 24 o’clock. Although it saves time and commuting expenses for the people to go to the household registration offices, the applicants still need to pay the transcript document fee at 15 NTD, the mailing and handling cost at 13 NTD. For the convenience of filing income tax report, people now may use citizen digital certificate to get at the convenient stores 24-7 the National Annuity Payment Proof or National Health Insurance Payment Proof at the paper and ink cost of 2 NTD each.
