MOICA opened for business at 92/4/28. There are 55,000 pics of cards been issuing and there are 57 on line applying service, thanks for all the people trust and support. The citizen digital certificate issuing project” is one of the basic infrastructure of e-government. Now the second step has begin. The first step has opened 50 household registration for applying begin at 92/4/30. The second step’s main project is higher the producing of the system, and promote the applying system. From 10/1 there will be 79 household registration opened for citizen to applying citizen digital certificate. 83 household registrations counter is going to open for applying. In order to speed the “Citizen digital certificate project”, MOI has higher the issuing quantity form 20 to 30 from 9/22. If the reservation hasn’t reach to the quantity, citizens could apply without reservation. Meanwhile, from September, MOICA opened group applying for government institution, and develop more applications to convenient the citizens. Now MOI opens household apograph, door address identity and land identity on line applying. There are also Elec. Motor Vehicle and driver information system, Personal tax declaring, Land administration application service, On-line application of MOEA for corporation system, Agrarian and labor insurance on line applying, Chunghwa Telecom E-counter 57 more services. There will be Ministry of justice,Ministry of finance,Bureau of labor insurance and Taoyuan Tax institution , construction a and planning agency and 147 more system open. Total will be 204 kind of applications.  |
