| Content | The Citizen digital certificate is a part of e-government infrastructure, and is as citizen ID on the Internet. We could use it to access many e- government convenient services. At the beginning of e-government services, there have Land administration, domicile administration, declaring tax and traffic administration services, etc. In the future there will be 1500 applications of government business opened on the Internet. The residents can apply e-government affair at the home side without go out to the handling offices. The efficiency government administration and basic service for the resident will be advanced in the future. A Certification Practice Statement (CPS) of MOICA bases on digital signature legislation. It was released version one in 2003/4/3. About the latest version of the CPS please refer to http://moica.nat.gov.tw/. The CPS bases on Certificate Policy (CP). The MOICA operational regulation follows level 3 of assurance level. Its object identity naming codes is id-tw-gpki-certpolicy-class3Assurance and object identity naming value is {id-tw-gpki-certpolicy 3}. Please refer to CP of MOICA. |
