1. Go to the Interior Ministry CA website: http://moica.nat.gov.tw (Document Download/File Download/SafeSign CSP File Download) to download SafeSign CSP application software.
2. The installation screen displays, click “NEXT.”
3. Read carefully the Agreement, and scroll down to the end. If you accept the terms and conditions of the Agreement, then click “Yes.”
4. Select a location where you want to install, and click “NEXT.”
5. Select an installation module, then click “NEXT.”
6. Confirm the file folder name, then click “NEXT.”
7. Wait for a moment while installation is processing. Upon completion, click “Finish” to end installation.

It provides a Microsoft Windows platform for digital encryption/decryption. Integrated with Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, it can be used for secure email transmission.
