Go to website: http://moica.nat.gov.tw (Document Download/File Download) to download the SafeSign CSP application software. You can only have data encryption and security verification in using applicable application software. Refer to web page for installation instructions.

After certificate issuance, the CA and various service providers need one working day for data update. If you fail to smoothly use the various application services on same day of certificate issuance, it is because data update has not completed yet. Please use the application services the next day after certificate issuance.
