外來人口憑證-尚未有憑證時，忘記用戶代碼？ Should an alien citizen do, if the alien citizen forgets the certificate subscriber code before getting the certificate?
1、用戶於移民署臨櫃申辦外來人口自然人憑證時，會由申請系統隨機給予一組6~10碼的用戶代碼，並列印在申請書上交由用戶帶回，即為用戶代碼。用戶代碼將使用於網路上外來人口自然人憑證相關事宜，例如：憑證申請線上付款、PIN碼鎖卡解碼、憑證IC卡暫時停用、憑證IC卡恢復使用等線上申辦事項。
2、用戶至移民署申請後，欲登入付款但忘記用戶代碼時，請至內政部憑證管理中心網站，網址：https://moica.nat.gov.tw/ 外來人口／憑證作業／外來人口取回用戶代碼，依照操作說明，取回在移民署臨櫃申請時由系統隨機給予的一組6~10碼用戶代碼，再登入進行線上付款。

When a subscriber applies for an alien citizen natural person certificate at the counter of the Immigration Agency, the application system will randomly generate a set of certificate subscriber code with 6-10 characters, which is printed the code on the application form, submitted to the Immigration Agency, and brought back by the subscriber, and this code is the certificate subscriber code. The certificate subscriber code will be used for alien citizen natural person certificate related matters on the Internet, such as the online payment for certificate application, the decoding of PIN code of a locked card, the certificate IC card suspension, the certificate IC card resumption, etc.
2. If the subscriber wants to log in and pay the fee After applying to the Immigration Agency, but the subscriber forgets the certificate subscriber code, then the subscriber should go to the Certificate Authority of MOI website: https://moica.nat.gov.tw /alien citizen/certificate process/retrieve PIN, follow the operating instructions to retrieve the set of the certificate subscriber code with 6~10 characters which is randomly generated by the system when applying for the counter at Immigration Agency, and then log in to make the payment online.
2、用戶至移民署申請後，欲登入付款但忘記用戶代碼時，請至內政部憑證管理中心網站，網址：https://moica.nat.gov.tw/ 外來人口／憑證作業／外來人口取回用戶代碼，依照操作說明，取回在移民署臨櫃申請時由系統隨機給予的一組6~10碼用戶代碼，再登入進行線上付款。
