Description Change of certificate content
Qualification At the time when the ID number or the E-mail address is changed.
Document Original copy of ID card and IC card
Place Application counter of the Household Registration office
Steps File the application at the counter：
  • The applicant goes to the application counter and expresses the intent to change the contents of Citizen Digital Certificate IC card; and then submits the ID card and Certificate IC card for examination.
  • The undertaker delivers the application form for the content change of the Certificate IC card which shall be properly filled and returned by the applicant.
  • After completing the operation, the applicant retrieves the ID card, Certificate IC card and receipt.
Note

When the subscriber's name is changed, it is mandatory to use a new IC card (namely to buy a new IC card). The procedure resembles that of the application for Certificate IC card.
