Requirements	a valid certificate and within 60 days before the expiration date.
Working Steps	Please download "MOICARenewCert" program for the extension. Install and run the downloaded program. Please do not remove the card when the program is running to avoid damaging the card. For detailed explanation, please refer to "Operation Guide of Certificate Renewal". In case of incompletion of the extension, please download "System Requirements Inspection Tool for User's Site" and run the program. Please refer to "Citizen Digital Certificate User's Site Installation and Operation Guide" for how to install and run the program.

Requirements	a valid certificate and within 60 days before the expiration date.
Where and how	please bring your personal ID and the certificate to any HRO front desk for the extension.
Note	The effective date after the extension is three years after the expiration date regardless of the date of extension. If you find troubles for the online extension, please bring your personal ID and the certificate to any HRO for extension. It's a free service, no charge whatsoever.
